Hyde Street Studios
Rancho Rivera
Rancho Rivera is an exciting new annex studio operated by Hyde Street Studios and opened in the summer of 2017. It is a recording oasis located in the peaceful Sunset District of San Francisco.
Rancho Rivera combines the ease of modern recording facilities with a compliment of classic gear and 4 great recording rooms. The 20-channel API The Box console provides top quality sound and flexibility. When combined with the Otari 24-track tape machine, classic Neve 1272 preamps, 10 API EQs, crystal clear John Hardy preamps, and an outstanding microphone collection, you have a full compliment of studio tools.
Rancho Rivera has its own unique history; Operating as a recording studio for a few years in the mid 1970s, it hosted a lot of great San Francisco musicians, including many Tommy Tutone sessions.
The versatile facilities include a control room, live room, 2 isolation booths, a kitchen/lounge with a grand piano, and a back patio.
